    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it baffles me when the Assistant Minister says that he is aware that the road is in a poor condition. I live there, work for those people and the road is impassable. What would stop the Ministry from taking stock of that road? You know that the road connects Nyanza and Western provinces. We need that road for our economic activities. This kind of answer cannot satisfy anybody. Nonetheless, could the Assistant Minister kindly consider doing some emergency work on that road, so that our people could even use boda boda to travel?"
