    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the road suffered a lot of damage when there were heavy rains from November last year to January this year. We have not been able to get extra funds from the Treasury to cope with the damage that was caused by the floods in December last year and early this year. It is not that we do not know the condition of the road. It is because, at the moment, we do not have money to inject into that road."
