The first Question by Private Notice falls on the responsibility of Mr. Munya who is here. That is what I have been informed by the Office of the President. Therefore, I think that the issue here is that the Clerk's office will have to deal with the matter and ensure that this Question is addressed. The Question is, therefore, deferred until tomorrow when Mr. Munya will be ready to answer it as he has requested. Is that okay with you, Mr. Ojaamong?"
