But I would like to assure him that there is close co-ordination between the Ministries concerned. The delay was occasioned by the fact that there must be a 30-metre safety reserve for the railway line. However, we are trying to work out alternative modes of design that will ensure that the project proceeds, under very close co-ordination between the Ministries concerned."
