    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has answered the Question as if the problem exists in Migori only. Most of the projects which were started by the Ministry of Local Government all over the country have stalled. Examples include the ones in Kisii Municipal Council, Gucha, Nyamira and Kibirigo, just to name a few. It is evident that the Ministry does not understand what it is doing. What is the Assistant Minister going to do, to make sure that these projects are completed?"
