    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for his reply but I wish to draw his attention to a portion of his reply which is talking about the approval of the Budgetary allocation from the Coffee Research Foundation and Tea Research Foundation. The Assistant Minister has told us all about those efforts by the two research institutions but I am wondering whether he is satisfied that we are not spending too much time doing research and not getting out there in the field to actually market the new brands of tea and coffee. When I travel out there, I do not see arabica coffee. There is no high quality of the Kenyan tea."
