If you look at the fourth line from the bottom of the Motion, it reads thus: \"---this House grants leave to introduce a Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend the KTDA Act---\" I was proposing that we now amend the Motion so that, that line reads thus: \"to introduce the KTDA Act\", or whatever Mr. Angwenyi sees fit. So, I was looking for a small amendment in consultation with Mr. Angwenyi."
