    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, aware of the high drop-out rate in our public secondary schools arising out of the inability of parents to pay fees, further aware that the Government has instituted various measures and reforms to address the challenges related to access, quality and equity of education; this House urges the Government to establish a fund to be known as the Education Levy Fund to provide for school fees for students from poor and disadvantaged backgrounds."
