If they are sexually molested or assaulted by agents of the Ministry who are teachers is it in order for the hon. Assistant Minister who was a lady and is still a lady to condone this kind of behaviour by saying that they can only interdict teachers who have molested girls when we have the law to address this issue and she has the power?"
