I think my friend, Mr. Marende, is just mourning because of what they saw in Magarini. Nonetheless, I want to assure the hon. Member that the issuance of title deeds will continue as programmed. We intend to make sure that a good number of Kenyans get these title deeds before the next general elections because we will win the next general elections."
