    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, preliminary estimates for Kigumo-Kinyona Gravity Pipeline is about Kshs150 million. Thorough studies are being done and we expect this to be completed any time. The Irati Water Supply was being undertaken by the local authority and the cost estimate is just about what the hon. Member has indicated. That is also expected to be completed any time and we are hoping that the Irati Water Supply phase will be included in this year's Budget. However, I urge the hon. Member to put some effort in co-operating with the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and the local authority to ensure that we implement the Irati Water Supply phase this financial year."
