    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think confusion has always been there, because projects funded by the Local Authorities Transfer Fund (LATF) have always been clouded by a lot of secrecy and corruption. Could the Assistant Minister take an initiative and post all the LATF projects in every constituency on a website, just like the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) projects, so that we do not ask Questions in this House, which relate to the projects undertaken in our constituencies?"
