    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of insecurity is very serious in this country. It covers all the markets from Migori, Rongo, Katito and Sondu in my constituency and almost every other place. This is scaring away investors who would actually want to invest in those areas and in turn offer jobs to our people. Could the Minister come out very clearly on how he wants to deal with this situation, so that people are not murdered day and night?"
