    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am surprised by the Ministerial Statement issued by the Minister who is a great friend of small tea farmers. I am really surprised. We know and the Minister knows very well, that our tea is used for blending to upgrade the quality of poor tea from other countries. If this Lipton Limited was friendly to Kenya they would have constructed their packaging factory in Kenya instead of Dubai which does not produce a single leaf of tea. Could the Minister undertake to have that agreement cancelled so that our people could sell their tea to the highest bidder at the auction?"
