    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what the hon. Member for Laikipia East is saying is exactly the intention of that amendment; namely, that the names are tabled here. If there is nobody with any question, then we vote by acclamation. But if any Members wants to move that: \"On this list which has been tabled, I would like a vote on so and so for the following reasons!\" He or she will be able to persuade a majority of Members to vote for the removal of that name. That is what we are exactly seeking to do."
