    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to confirm to the House that there are no differences between the Government of Kenya and the Government of Cameroon in respect of the investigations that are going on, on the aircraft that crashed in Douala. I would like to further confirm that the International Civil Aviation Authority has specific guidelines, which are used by 1480 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 22, 2007 all member countries, or party countries, whenever an accident, or an incident, involving an aircraft occurs. Everything is being done systematically. I have every confidence that the report will be forwarded to us at the earliest possible moment, in accordance with the standing regulations."
