    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, our evaluation is continuous. We are encouraged by the way the community policing is working even though there are teething problems in many areas. Many members of the public still do not trust the police. We are encouraging them to realise that the police have undergone training to change their attitude. The law enforcement officers are friends of the community, not their enemies. This is what we are trying to deal with. We want to restore the confidence of members of the public in the police, so that the system can work well."
