    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are endeavouring to do what the hon. Member is saying. In fact, for the information of the hon. Member, the number of police recruits in the last recruitment was doubled. This is because we want to continue increasing the numbers of our security forces, so that they can cope with the increasing cases of insecurity. Our target is to make sure that every chief has at least five police officers under him. This is in addition to the regular police in the area. So, this is something we are working on. In many areas of Nairobi, the chiefs already have five Administration Police officers under them. We are spreading to the rest of the country as we recruit more police officers."
