Kaparo, who is a lawyer of long-standing, and not like this Assistant Minister. Indeed, we have asked Questions touching on the Judiciary in this House, and they have been answered. I do not understand now when the Assistant Minister stands up and says that they cannot answer a Question touching on the Judiciary. May I seek your guidance, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
