    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This Question is properly before the House. The Assistant Minister is trying to dodge it and refuse to give an answer. The Question is not asking the Judicial Service Commission to do certain things. It is only seeking information. So, would I be in order to request that the Assistant Minister be ordered to give an answer to the Question to this House? If he is not able to do so, could the Minister herself come and give an answer to this House?"
