    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, whenever we suspect any co-operative officer or elected official of any co-operative to have been involved in any misappropriation, we immediately institute an investigation. If some officers are found guilty of the offence, they are immediately sacked and taken to court by our officers. The only problem is that the procedure in our legal system takes a little bit too long. So, sometimes it takes long before they are found guilty. But we do not allow them to continue working or even leading people as officials of the co-operative unions, immediately they are found guilty."
