    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. 1446 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 17, 2007 (a) No drugs, whether in kits or loose, are supplied to any public facility with less than six months shelf life. Expired drugs in kits could only occur within the public health facility if they are stored for too long without use within the facility. (b) Drugs are supplied to rural health facilities once every three months. However, additional drugs are replenished based on the demand from the facility concerned."
