    "content": "A lot of work has gone into research on how we can actually come up with a police service that will serve Kenyans fairly – a police service which is going to rank amongst the best in the world. Given the enthusiasm that was demonstrated by Members of Parliament at the time of debate on The National Police Service Bill, and the appreciation of this Bill, I personally have no doubt that we will end up with a police service which Kenyans have craved for, for a very long time. With those remarks, I beg to move."
