    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to add my voice to this important Bill. First, I want to commend the Minister for, at least, waking up to the needs of the employees of this country. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as we all know, if we were to visit the Export Processing Zones (EPZs), we would see the conditions under which Kenyans are working; they are worse than the cotton slavery conditions in the USA in the 17th and 18th centuries."
