"content": "I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for tabling the list of the districts to be covered under Roads 2000 Programme. However, if you look at the list, it indicates that in some of the districts, the programme, started this year. In others, it started in 2004. If he checks with hon. Members, they say the programme has never taken off as indicated in the list. Could he tell this House what is happening? The list says the roads in Makueni District should have been done in 2006, yet we are in 2007 and nothing has happened on the ground. Why does he has to give us such an answer to this House?"
