    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Wednesday morning is the only time we can discuss Private Members' Motions. There are Private Members' or Party Motions. I can see on the Order Paper two Party Motions follow each other; one is by Mr. Cheboi and another by Mr. Jimmy Angwenyi. Most of the time we discuss Government business in the House. It is only on Wednesday morning that we can have the opportunity to discuss business from this other side of the House. To my knowledge, FORD(P) is part of the so-called Government of National Unity. So, I want a ruling here. Is an hon. Member who is part of the Government, whose business we have been discussing here all the time, entitled to, again, bring a party Motion, a Motion that can be brought by the ruling party itself as Government business?"
