    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister says that he honestly believes that the Attorney-General gave a notification and it came to the House. The law is that it should have been laid before the House. Could he tell us whether it was laid or not? If not, he should withdraw his belief. We do not want to rely on his belief."
