This Motion is unconstitutional, because it seeks to take away the responsibility of the Executive to negotiate treaties in international law on behalf of the Kenyan State, and bring it to the Legislative arm. Requiring all treaties to be brought here, is taking away that responsibility, which is already given to the Executive by the concept of separation of powers in the Constitution."
