    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister's answer is very discouraging, 1388 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 16, 2007 particularly when it comes to aviation. Aviation is not motor racing. I am discouraged by that answer! Kisumu Airport is a Class I airport. It is not a Class III airport. We should not be talking about potholes, especially when we think about the speed at which an aircraft takes off. What guarantee is the Government giving us that the pilot in the cockpit and the passengers are safe?"
