Member should have clarified whether the May 16, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1391 road was wider before the improvement on it began or the same width has been maintained. There is no way we can improve the road under Roads 2000 Programme to make it impossible for two vehicles to pass one another or overtake each other. I find that very hard to believe."
