    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to appeal to the Government to ensure that action is taken against this person. This person should be elsewhere. She should be moved away from the general public because she continues to cause harm. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is just but one case. There are several cases. One person, for example, aspiring for an office in this land, sold parcels of land from Ngong Forest to Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC). This land was worth Kshs290 million. For the benefit of hon. Members, I will refer you specifically to this case. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, look at page 236 of this Report. You will find that 33 parcels of land were sold to KPC at Kshs292 million. This land was hived off from Ngong' Forest. When I talk about this, some hon. Members rise to challenge me. What is it that they would want to protect from someone who grabbed a forest, took away public funds and is now using the same to walk around the country pretending to be very clean and aspiring to lead this country?"
