The sentence which says:- \"While taking cognisance of the Report by the KACC, the Committee, therefore, recommends that this House asks the Attorney-General to act on the file with view to concluding the matter.\" I wish to replace or to ask the House to delete the words \"this House asks the Attorney-General to act on the file with view to concluding the matter\" with the following words:- \"-- the matter be closed.\" It will, therefore, read: \"The Committee, therefore, recommend that the matter be closed.\""
