In your other answer, among the measures that you are going to take, you said that you have sent samples of the water to the Government Chemist to determine what the problem with the water was. Now, how long do you anticipate to get the results from the Government Chemist? This is because it will be definitive and you will stand on the Floor of this House and say, \"Here is a certificate of the Government Chemist and it says that this is what caused the problem.\" Kenyans out there in Molo will hear the truth and they will stop it. How long will it take you to do that?"
