    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) A total of 18 groups in Samburu District are benefiting from the \"Njaa Marufuku\" Kenya Programme (NMKP). (b) The criteria used to select those groups are:- (i) The groups' membership must comprise the poor and vulnerable persons within the community. (ii) The projects to be undertaken must contribute to the reduction of poverty, hunger and food insecurity in the community. (iii) Those projects must be approved by the District Co-ordinating Committees (DCCs)."
