    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the following are the members at the district level: The District Agricultural Officer (DAO), the District Livestock Production Officer (DLPO), the District Fisheries Officer (DFO), the District Social Services Officer (DSSO), the District Education Officer (DEO), the District Health Officer (DHO) and NGOs which are relevant to the programme. We have also directed that, before those projects are submitted to the headquarters, where the secretariat is based, they be tabled at the DDC. That is a directive we have given so that hon. Members can scrutinise them at that level, and be able to give their concurrence."
