    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was just about to conclude, but it is important that the point I was making is addressed by the Minister, because he did raise it while moving this Bill. None of us is opposed, and I appreciate the urgency with which the House requires this Bill to be passed. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, finally, I would want to appeal to the Minister that in the near future, funds should be provided to go to individual secondary schools to enable them to discharge certificates of students that left schools many years ago and cannot access employment because they are denied those certificates on account of owing those schools fees. I know that the schools are caught between a rock and a hard place. But I would want to appeal to the Minister to consider this issue because it is very painful. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
