    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to correct that. I said that it came from the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) in Eldoret and we have no doubt about that. That does not mean that the people of Eldoret are producing bad maize. Maybe the storage facility may have had that problem. So, it has completely no connection with whoever is growing maize around there. I also said that we are getting fresh maize that has already been bought for distribution to Kenyans."
