    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we recognise the Ministry's efforts to try and raise revenue in accordance with the law. Personally, I think that the Minister is being penny-wise and pound-foolish by trying to tax the petty allowances and allowing the loss of billions through LATF because of poor management. Could the Minister tell this House how much money in actual taxes he has collected in 2005 and 2006 for example, from taxing the councillors?"
