Before the Minister can explain to this House as to whether stone buildings, double-storeyed, can be described as temporary or not - before he can do that - did you hear him say that hon. Members in this House are paid to come and ask Questions by contractors and that they are corrupt? Is that Parliamentary? Could the Minister withdraw and apologise or substantiate which hon. Members he is talking about?"
