    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to inform the hon. Member that youth polytechnics fall under the Ministry of State for Youth Affairs. But, as a Ministry, we have continued to empower our polytechnics and other technical training institutes by giving them funds and training materials. We are helping them to get employment in the relevant agencies and Government departments."
