    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. I stand to support the Motion but before I do so, I have an issue to pick with the Mover. While moving this Motion, he referred to a church in Kisumu and said that prayers cannot heal. I want to inform him that the power of God does not depend on psychology or training or anything else. It is perfect, and it works. I have personally witnessed many sick people prayed for, and they were healed without any other intervention."
