    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The time allocated is very short but, what I really want to put across is this: This country has lost the war on graft. The biggest pledge when this Government came into power - and thank God I was part of it until I was sacked - was that the fight to root out corruption would start from the top. The perpetrators of Anglo Leasing and Goldenberg scandals are now floating on the ninth cloud up there. If this country's economy has improved, which I doubt, it is all the money that has gone to those people who have stolen our resources."
