    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I wish to plead with the Chair to appeal to the senses of this Minister. When issues are facing him, he tries to go low and pedestrian. I raised these issues in this House and it is upon him to deny them or say that they are not authentic. Let him say that they are not from the Treasury, then I have a name to protect or worry about. It is him who should explain the issues that I raised in a very sober manner. I did not attack him though he knows that if I want to do so, I can do it."
