    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not have to be told by anybody that I sat in the Cabinet. I did sit in the Cabinet for five years. Secondly, I wrote to the Minister as is the practice in commonwealth countries. I asked five questions but he has not answered any one of them. If this country gets confused, is it in order that the Minister is now misleading us by refusing to reply to the issue that I raised? He should concentrate on the issue that I raised so that we can finish this subject once and for all. If he does not answer this question this issue will not die. Is it in order for the Minister not to reply to the five simple items that I raised?"
