    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hospitals which were supposed to treat the victims were not properly equipped with equipment and drugs which could control the Rift Valley Fever. Some people were turned away when they went to seek treatment at the Kenyatta National Hospital. They were told to go back to Kirinyaga. As a result, if their relatives did not act swiftly, some of them almost died. What plans does the Ministry have to make sure that in the future hospitals are equipped with the right equipment and drugs to treat livestock diseases?"
