    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am sure the Assistant Minister did not answer my question on audit. However, I will ask my last question. I hope he will also answer the question. The President, on two occasion, while opening Parliament indicated in this House that a Bill is being prepared for the management of SACCOs in the country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to tell the Assistant Minister that, that has taken almost three years since it was said. When is this Bill seeing the light of day? When is it being brought to the House for consideration so that those institutions which are very useful are properly managed?"
