The Chair would like to emphasise what it has done in the past, that there is no point in having one Member serving two Committees when other Members are not serving in any Committee. Therefore, I am pleading with the House Business Committee to ensure that all Members serve in Committees, because it is very important. Most of the work of Parliament now is done through Committees, and if, then, Members are excluded from Committees, then they will not be providing the services that they are elected to provide. I thank the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs for giving the assurance that, that will be done. What is it, Mr. Mghanga?"
