"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the response given by the Assistant Minister, in a nutshell, it means that disaster management in the country is in a very sorry state. I would like the Assistant Minister to tell this House what specific steps he is taking to improve the response time to disaster. This is not the first time this is happening. To tell us that it will take four days to airlift personnel from Mombasa is, to say the least, very absurd.
