    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thought I explained that the team that has been responsible for following up on all these recommendations and contracting the external resources that are required to evaluate these matters comprises of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs and the KACC. They are constituted as an inter-Ministerial task force. The responsibility of executing decisions rests with the Government. The Government has set up this inter-Ministerial team to be able to bring all the resources that are required together to get to the depth of some of the mess that we were put in by some of the people sitting on the other side of the House!"
