    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this particular individual is under police custody and they are allowed to keep him for 14 days. The 14 days are not yet over but if we finish the investigation, he will be charged in court or the Government can use the investigations to do whatever it wants to do. But we are doing investigations to establish other aspects of crime. We have already established that he is not a Kenyan and that he is here illegally. We are trying to establish other aspects which could enable us make a decision on what crime to charge him with or whether to deport him to his country of origin."
